I have a masters in Educational Leadership and Management. I have been a teacher in a secondary school for 17 years. I have qualified teacher status. I have a gift for been friendly and supportive. I have many teaching methods that are adaptable with different types of students with different learning styles. I have been successful in raising achievement is all of the schools that I have taught. I understand that this world is driven by successful outcomes and qualifications opens doors for us. I am facinated by the development of emotional inteligence, and recognise how important this is when dealing with people. Sensitativity is important and tact when delivery tutoring to any age group but especially when dealing with young people. Hard work always pays so I demand this of myself as well as my pupils, as I recognise that there is no substitute for hard work but in the end it is worth the effort and determination the both student and teacher puts into achieving a meaningful outcome. What I hope to achieve is to develop confidence in my students and encourage consistency, which in turn achieve resilience.
