Qualified, empathetic life coach who would like to enable students to transform mindset, build confidence, communicate and succeed

I am a CMI Level 5 qualified professional coach, with 18 years experience of providing professional coaching and student support in Higher Education (University of Leeds). Following a conversational approach, based on sound psychological theories and techniques, I will help you transform the way you think, and help you to build your confidence to enable you to take steps you have previously been too scared to take. Previous coachees of mine have successfully: - achieved major career developments, including promotions and career change - taken steps to apply for further education and training (and succeeded) - identified their values, built confidence and achieved clarity of purpose in life, study and work I also have 7 years experience of working in process and continuous improvement within Higher Education, which has provided me with numerous tools that I can share to improve clarity of communication, organisation and prioritisation of ideas and decisions. I have also used these techniques in my own business, which has enabled me to share examples of successful application with clients. I am an LGBT+ community ally, and have experience of facilitating EDI projects that have required me to be both trauma informed and sensitive to individual needs. I am also neurodivergent (ADHD) and have an understanding of the challenges faced by neurodivergent students, particularly in the areas of organisation, time-keeping, managing overwhelm and burnout. These are all topics I am comfortable coaching around. If you want to work with someone who will meet you where you're at, allow you to hold space to figure out life's challenges, and ultimately enable you to succeed, I am your coach!
