I have my Personal Training Certification with NASM. I love helping people achieve a healthier and happier lifestyle so much that I have a Corrective Exercise Specialist certification as well. That way when we are working on getting you to your fitness goal, you will be improving your imbalances and forms to make sure you stay as injury-free as possible. Another major certification that I pursued to better assist my clients, is my Nutrition certification. Creating a healthy lifestyle change is a tough task. That's why I want to make the task as easy as I can with my knowledge of Health and Wellness. You will not need and crazy diet fads or to workout for 3 hours a day.
