Helping people to find that subtle yet powerful inner or strategic shift that unlocks clarity, momentum and alignment

I help people tune into the one adjustment that changes everything. My work through August Jaeger is about guiding senior professionals and founders to locate the "Stellschraube" - that subtle yet powerful inner or strategic shift that unlocks clarity, momentum and alignment. After 15+ years building businesses and leading global search campaigns, I’ve come to realise that real transformation doesn’t come from doing more. It comes from making the right move i.e. the one that reflects who you really are and what you’re here to contribute. Whether we’re navigating a career transition, redefining purpose or tuning a business to better resonate with its people, I bring strategic insight, deep listening and a gift for uncovering the invisible. Tune inward. Move forward.
