I would describe myself as an enthusiastic and a optimistic person. In my teaching I wish to create confidence to learn and grow

Volunteering at beavers (a scout group for 6-8 year olds), as a young leader (for 3 years). At beavers I help out with games, learning new topics as well as ensuring theyre all behaving. Senior prefect (peer mentor for 2 years) which is where I have aided the younger years in my school to feel more confident within learning As i teacher I like to break things down to tackle issues more directly as this creates a stronger foundation to build upon. Without being confident in learning there is no drive to continue, so I want to create a positive work environment where mistakes are acknowledged and improved upon
