My daughter started piano lessons at the young age of five, and she was assigned Theodora as her teacher along the way. Understanding the many benefits of early musical training, I wanted to give my daughter the opportunity to develop a relationship with music from an early age. However, motivating a young child to sit through a 20-minute lesson and understand what is expected of them can be quite challenging, particularly given their limited reading abilities and short attention span at this age. From the very first lesson, Theodora clicked incredibly well with my daughter. She has been able to create an environment in which my daughter feels encouraged and excited to explore musical concepts that are appropriate for her age. It’s being nearly 2 years now that Theodora is teaching my daughter on playing keyboard. She is very patient and understanding to my child’s needs; my daughter is happy to have her as her keyboard teacher and I recommend her as she knows her talent.

I have feel very lucky to have started my journey into singing with Theodora. I had never sang before in front of anyone and was generally nervous about it and she was able to make me feel very comfortable from day one. She is a great teacher and was able to explain very abstract concepts and feelings in a way that I could understand and instantly work towards.
