Experienced ESL Teacher/Tutor
Advert description
Over the past twelve years, I have been employed in both part-time and full-time education in South Africa, China, England and Ascension Island.
I began my career as an animation teacher in South Africa and then moved to China to work as an ESL teacher for four years.
Following this, I worked full time as a trainee teacher in England and acquired my Qualified Teacher Status and Post Graduate Certificate in Education through the Canterbury Christ Church University’s (School Direct) PGCE programme. Since then, I have worked full-time as a primary school teacher, for three years in England and for one year on Ascension Island.
My knowledge of the English language and its grammatical structures is excellent. I always deliver fun and engaging lessons, which are tailored to the specific needs of my students so that they can make continuous progress.
