Biomedical Science undergraduate striving to provide specialised revision and exam practice support for KS3 and GCSE students

Hi, my name is Noorjahan and I am a first-year undergraduate studying Biomedical Science at St George’s, University of London (City, St George) with over 60 hours of experience in science tutoring As a first-year undergraduate studying a science-based subject, I am constantly revisiting and applying core scientific concepts, allowing me to maintain a strong foundation in the knowledge required to teach science effectively. By thoroughly reviewing curriculum topic lists and specifications with students, I am able to identify both their strengths and areas for improvement. This allows me to design personalised learning plans tailored to each student’s needs and provide effective lessons that make the best use of our time. I am able to cater to any exam board or specification A typical lesson usually begins with working through content together to build understanding, followed by practising past paper exam questions to apply knowledge and develop exam technique.
