I have worked in the fitness industry for 18 years, in that time i have coached 100s of various clients to achieving their results that we set out to achieve. I have spent 10 years as an international master trainer and presenter for a company called Les Mills who specialize in group exercise. I have taught 1000s of every day people who want to train to be an instructor to teach a variety of different classes. I've been delivering education, creating content for over 15 years, i have taught previously as a sports lecturer. Currently i also work as an Online coach and working remotely with clients to smash their goals. I am here and fully invested in each person to develop and improve no matter where they are at. With all my years of experience and working with people i have a wide skill set to ensure everyone is supported in their own unique way.
