Cooking is a passion of mine and have taught my own 4 children how to cook, using different methods due to their learning difficulties. I have also spent time supporting children from age 9yrs to 20 yrs to learn to cook. All of which learnt in different ways and at varying speeds. The level of complication was also adapted along with food likes, allergies and sensory issues. I love to bake and enjoy trying new recipes.
