ContactThere are areas where one isn't sure about, I'll be able to engage to bring out the natural competence and leadership ability.
Advert description
My approach is about 'working together' than teaching, which is a one-way traffic!
It is to give some simple tasks to the client/ mentee. Discuss and explore ways to achieve. Look at the challenges, discuss plans B.
Understand the road blocks, no go situations.
Work on any course correction.
