Get Support Creating Your Life Goals - Gain Clarity, Shift Your Mindset, Release Negative Repeating Patterns - Grow Your Dreams!

Hello, I'm Zoe! I am an experienced teacher of over 30 years. I have enjoyed many years of supporting young (and not so young) people to aspire, learn and grow their dreams all around the globe. My continuing professional development into Non Violent Communication, Theory-U and Mastering Leadership add to my unique set of skills, knowledge and experience. Additionally, my own self development journey has led me to explore many different self help tools that can support others too: NLP, Time Management, Mindset Shift, Recognising and Releasing Negative Patterns and Energetic Body Work. Needless to say, I have lots of tools in my kitbag to help support you to really create the changes in your life that you seek. Whether you are simply looking for help with study skills or looking at the bigger picture and wanting to create a life aligned with your passions that you are excited to wake up to every day, I would love to help you get clear on your goals, create strategies to get you to where you want to be and support you with accountability to achieve your dreams. In your first complimentary session, I will listen to your needs, support you to create achievable goals and help you create a plan of action. Then, going forward, in future sessions we will recognise any repeating patterns that are preventing you from achieving what you are wanting to achieve and work on releasing the stuck energy that is causing the resistances. I work with each individual using the most appropriate method for your unique circumstances. I'm excited to be working with you and helping you build your dreams! Kindly, Zoe.
