I have gain a breadth knowledge in the fitness and wellness space by studying sport science at school and university. I then acquired my personal training level 2 and 3.
My most recent role was a personal trainer on a 86m super yacht for a handful of high net worth individuals. This which allowed me to hone in my one to one skills and allowed me to understand the important of individual programming and needs.
