My goal is to make people happy and healthy using and manipulating the beautiful prana energy in and around us through Hatha yoga to clear the negative energies in the body, Pranayama yoga to clear the negative energies in the mind and Raja yoga to clear the negative energies in life.
I would love any opportunity to spread love, peace and happiness.
