I have worked with individuals with mental health difficulties using art as a therapy tool for difficult emotions

I’m very empathetic of others difficulties,I am very passionate about using bright watercolours within art as a way of creating a positive looking atmosphere to help distract me from my negative emotions,I also like using art as a way to express my emotions in a calm environment and I aim to encourage individuals from my experiences with inspiration to use art as a tool to express difficult emotions we sometimes struggle to say in words and that we sometimes struggle to convey to other,some individuals prefer art compared to talking therapies I have learned that myself and aim to pass my knowledge on to try and inspire others with mental health difficulties.
