Hello! My spiritual name is Tej. I have been practising yoga for the past 16 years. I have been a Certified Kundalini yoga teacher for the last 5 years. It is my passion to practice and teach yoga. I have taught groups of people in Halls, Corporates and Online. I have found it is more convenient for most people to attend online classes. Although the classes are mostly online, we still interact with one another and there is time for reflexion, and to share our experiences at the end of the class.
