I describe myself as a friendly and personal communicator with good experience in tutoring - from KS1 utpto GCSE level.

I believe in a step-by-step approach with maths tuition: (1) Firstly, I work with the student to get to grips with the concept and understand how sub concepts fit together in the bigger picture of the syllabus. I am able to use a bunch of teaching techniques until the student is confident. (2) Secondly, I believe "practice, practice, practice" is the best way to flourish in maths, so that topics feel super easy in the midst of nerve-racking exam. Hence, I really guide students with this, working with them with any challenges they face, until they become proficient by themselves. (3) Finally, I can provide summary sheets for students to visualise the key concepts in a neatly organised fashion.
