I have excellent IT skills and I am proficient at using all office programs. Acquired a high level of competence in the written and verbal presentation of information. I understand the importance of maintaining confidentiality and I am aware of the importance of communicating verbal and documented information in a controlled manner, consistent with legislation, policies and procedures. I also have the ability to comply and act in accordance with legislation, policies, procedures and other quality approaches relevant to the work being undertaken. I have the ability to work on a one-to-one basis with a number of students with different academic abilities, individual requirements, and provide support to students from a variety of ethnic and socio-economic backgrounds. I am able to establish and maintain appropriate (effective) working relationships with people from various disciplines. I am able to work within a co-operative multi-disciplinary team.  I have the ability to work synergistically within a multi-disciplinary team and on my own initiative. I have acquired excellent interpersonal skills to complement my positive nature.
