Boost Your Maths Grades – Expert KS3/KS4 Tutoring That Gets Results

Hi, I’m Ubayd, a passionate and experienced Maths tutor with a strong track record of helping students build confidence and improve their grades at KS3 and GCSE level. I've worked as a Teacher Assistant and Cover Teacher for GCSE Maths at Gulf English School, where I supported students across a range of abilities and adapted lesson plans on the spot when needed. I focus on explaining concepts in a way that makes sense to you, whether that means breaking it down visually, talking it through step by step, or applying it to real-life examples. Alongside this, I’ve been tutoring privately (online and in person), offering one-to-one support tailored to each student’s pace, learning style, and exam board. Many of my students have gone from feeling stuck or overwhelmed to achieving results they didn’t think were possible. I’ve also supported revision sessions, past paper practice, and subject-specific strategies, always aiming to build not just skills but also belief in their own ability. What sets me apart is how approachable and flexible I am. I’ve helped both English and Arabic-speaking students, and I know that the key to learning maths is feeling comfortable enough to ask questions and make mistakes. Here’s what I bring: KS3 & GCSE Maths experience (Edexcel, AQA, OCR) Clear communication and a friendly, no-judgment approach Bilingual support (English + near-fluent Arabic) Patience, encouragement, and real focus on understanding, not just memorising Whether you’re aiming for a top grade or just trying to pass, I’m here to help you get there, with lessons that are focused, supportive, and tailored to your needs. Let’s make maths make sense, together.
