While I'm relatively new to the fitness industry, I have a strong educational background with a certification in personal training and a recent graduation in a Bachelor's degree in sports and exercise sciences. My knowledge and skills include creating basic workout plans, offering guidance on fundamental exercises and nutrition. While also providing support and encouragement to clients. Im commited to learning and growing in the field and eager to work with clients who are looking for a passionate trainer who will dedicate its best to help them reach their goals.
