At Be Well we have over 15 years of experience working with individuals professionally in mental health settings, counselling, youth work, community development, behavioural support, social care, and psychological therapy centres. Not only have we worked with and empowered people in the community, but we have also helped manage a range of behaviours that challenge and psychological disorders such as anxiety, stress, depression, anti-social behaviour, psychosis, drug and alcohol misuse, deliberate self-harm, eating disorders, attachment disorders, phobias and family/relationship problems, amongst others. We are well-equipped to provide our clients with the necessary tools to recognise and adapt these negative behaviours and to make and maintain positive changes to their lives that will bring balance to their overall sense of well-being. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology & Counselling, am accredited in Dialectical Behavioural Therapy and have certification in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. I have years of experience both in services and private practice, and have taught in various helping roles. Together we can make the change you want to be.
