I am a well established trainer in Hospitality and have been for almost a decade. I have coached people to reach their potential

With a strong background of meeting people with different backgrounds and cultures I have learned to be a good listener and pick up the smallest of details to understand a individual and what makes them tick. I believe in them before the believe in themselves because sometimes that's what you need to be the best version of yourself. Many of my team members have done really well in their life from learning different ways if see things and how they can have a positive influence on others and scenarios around them. I unlock potential and my team keep the door open.
