I am a Quantum Mind-Body Therapist®, Functional Nutrition Therapist™, Chef and founder of Thee Empowered Mama. I guide my clients through the HMI Quantum Life Audit™ — a proprietary, trauma-aware assessment framework that maps the whole person from day one. This powerful diagnostic identifies the root drivers behind how you feel across health, energy, relationships, emotions, and life purpose. It builds a clear, actionable roadmap toward lasting change. My coaching then blends the four pillars identified through your Audit: nervous system regulation, neuroplasticity, bioenergetics, and whole-foods nutrition. Sessions are delivered via audio calls, with a follow up email, limited chat support and a fully personalised plan for you to implement your transformation roadmap. My background is unconventional. I am a former award-winning professional chef who underwent my own profound wellness and identity transformation when I became a mother to my amazing twin girls.
