Piano and music theory lessons from a concert pianist in Glasgow

Whether your goal is exam success, conservatoire entry, competition preparation, or playing purely for enjoyment, I offer supportive, focused piano tuition tailored to your ambitions. I am a concert pianist of international standing. My performance experience includes appearances at venues such as Wigmore Hall and the Southbank Centre in London, Palau de la Música in Barcelona, the Verbier Festival, the Tchaikovsky Conservatoire in Moscow, and the Shanghai Opera House. I am also a Senior Piano Lecturer at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland. Since the age of six, I have trained exclusively at leading specialist music schools in Russia and the UK. This background allows me to help students progress efficiently, thoughtfully, and often faster than they expect — always with musical understanding at the centre. I work with those who: • are passionate about the piano • play for personal enjoyment or self-expression • wish to learn a dream piece or favourite song • are preparing for music exams (ABRSM, Trinity, and others) • plan to apply to a conservatoire or specialist music school • are preparing for regional, national, or international competitions Alongside classical piano, I also offer tuition in improvisation and jazz piano. My teaching combines clear technical guidance, musical insight, and practical problem-solving — helping students build confidence, independence, and artistry at the instrument.
