I love hearing the different stories people have. I enjoy giving them a safe space to untangle their thoughts and explore ways forward. This will give them the confidence to proceed. I also will help in holding clients accountable for the action plans we agree. The hope is that students do not become overwhelmed by a project but accept that all they need to concern themselves with is the next tiny step.
