I have worked and continued studying in the field for the last 30 years. Hence . I conduct profound research and make PowerPoint presentations with relevant notes. I used to teach/help several classmates when I was a student. Recently, I took two training sessions on Corporate law and Governance, one for law professionals at the request of the Kathmandu Bar Association and another for the law department of Nepal's most prominent FDI corporations. I would be happy to assist people through visual calls or on-call.
