Experienced tutor specialising in History as well as Maths and Physics

Hello! My name is Dom, and I am delighted to offer my tutoring services to support young adults in their educational journey. With prior tutoring experience, I specialise in creating a supportive and encouraging work environment where students feel motivated and confident to excel. My approach is tailored to each student’s specific needs, ensuring personalised attention to foster a relevant and deeper understanding of the given subject. Whilst my priority is always to help students grasp concepts and apply these effectively and to develop better study skills, I also strive to promote an accessible and enjoyable learning environment. I am committed to building a positive rapport with my students, which helps create a comfortable space for asking questions and seeking clarification without hesitation. I specialise in History as I am currently studying it for my Masters at The University of Glasgow, and can teach it at any level below degree. In addition, I also tutor Maths and Physics up to GCSE/National Level 5, and I have successfully helped numerous students achieve their academic goals in these subjects. If you are looking for a tutor who is not only experienced but also genuinely cares about your or your child’s academic growth and confidence, look no further! Please feel free to contact me to schedule your first session.
