I am a cookery writer and chef well-versed in teaching other the basic skills of cookery and beyond. From how to chop an onion, all the way to making your own pastry, I'll guide you through the beginning stages of one of life's most important skillsets with the overall goal of helping you become an independent, thrifty home cook. I can also provide basic nutrition training in addition to budgeting and meal-planning. I'll tailor all lessons to fit around your requirements, rather than sticking to a rigid course schedule. My teaching is ideal for DofE skills participants, pre-university students wantiing to go beyond beans on toast, or widows who have no kitchen experience.
