English Tutor providing lesson to young kids in a dynamic and extraordinary way

I have been able to succeeded with children who failed regularly. I have taught kids for more than 10 years. I was able to succeed in this by becoming their friend. I studied their behavior and where their interest is then I act on that. I remove distractions. I respect them, I am fair with them, and very patient. This way you get their strengths and weakness. I prepare each topic with materials and activities. Assign homework and interesting exercises so they don't get bored. Identify students with special requirements and create individualized plans. Keep a record of students’ attendance and grades. Inform parents about their children’s performance. I have a TEFL certificate which is a requirement for teaching English. I am a Graduate from the University. I am available to work in online. I live in France.
