Highly Experienced and Qualified Teacher of Music
Advert description
I hold a first-class honours degree, a master's degree, and a PhD in Music. I have been a professional musician since 1983 and have 39 years of experience in music education. I have taught from Entry Level Music to Level 6 Music.
The piano is the most versatile, dynamic, expressive and fulfilling instrument and is simple to learn and it is possible to develop skills quickly and effectively. If you are a beginner, I will introduce you to the fundamental skills of performing and reading and work closely with you so that you are able to fulfil your musical ambitions. If you are more experienced, I will help you to expand your musical knowledge and experience through a variety of musical styles and genres. You may wish to take ABRSM grades in performance, through which I will support you fully in your technical, sight-reading and aural skills.
