A great host full of energy and positivity! Cornelia provides a well balance and calming introduction to her lessons, really great for beginners but she is also quite knowledgeable for the more seasoned participants. She has a pleasant approach to her sessions which are easy and enjoyable to follow.

Cornelia is an excellent yoga instructor she is very much a supportive teacher every step of the way, she always allows for a calm and peaceful environment which is always great especially on the days when you feel it's hard to accomplish the small things, she is an amazing empathetic life coach and is always ready to lend an ear or advice if you ever need it I couldn't recommend her services more.
