I am an experienced education professional, coach and mentor with over 17 years’ experience supporting learners across schools, colleges and higher education. I hold a PGCE, am a qualified NMH Specialist Mentor, and am currently completing an ILM qualification in Mentoring and Coaching.
I work with students and young adults to develop effective study skills, organisation, time management, confidence and independence. My approach is supportive, structured and strengths-based, with a strong focus on inclusive practice.
I have particular experience supporting neurodivergent students, including those with autism, ADHD and dyslexia, helping them to overcome barriers to learning and build strategies that work for them.
I offer mentoring and coaching focused on academic success and personal development (not therapy), creating a safe and professional space for reflection, goal-setting and progress. Sessions are tailored to individual needs and learning styles.
