Advert description

I’m Euan, I have a background in IT and Interactive Media, along with over a decade of experience supporting people in a calm, patient and person-centred way. I offer friendly, patient computer tutoring for beginners and anyone who wants to feel more confident using technology. I provide one-to-one in person lessons covering everyday computer skills such as using Windows, email, internet use, files and folders, documents, online forms, printing, video calls and staying safe online. Lessons are calm, practical and explained in plain English, with no pressure or judgement. I also offer online support, help choosing the right computer, small business support, group bookings for organisations, and tailored sessions for people with additional support needs. The aim is always to make technology feel simpler, more useful and easier to understand.

Euan was really helpful and patient with me. He explained everything in a simple way and didn’t make me feel silly for asking questions. I understand my computer much better now and feel more confident using it on my own.

Euan was very patient, friendly and easy to talk to. The lesson felt relaxed from the start, and everything was explained clearly without using confusing technical language. I never felt rushed or embarrassed about asking questions, even when I needed something repeated. The session was practical and focused on the things I actually wanted to learn, which made it much easier to remember afterwards. I left feeling more confident using my computer and much less nervous about trying things myself. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who feels unsure with technology.
