Maths and English Tutor for Children in Primary School

Hi, I am Lauren and am 18 years old and I have just started my first year at Exeter University and am studying law. I really enjoy working with children and have completed work experience at Seaton House Primary School which has given me an insight into what tutoring would be like. I worked with 3-11 year olds and I was given tasks which have improved my communication skills and ability to teach/tutor children. For example, I helped them learn to read by listening to them and teaching them how to pronounce words. Fortunately, I was given the opportunity to mark their work as well which taught me to be more accurate and I was able to understand what sort of topics they focused on. All of these tasks have equipped me with skills necessary to be an effective tutor. If you are looking for anyone to help your child with Maths or English who is in primary school, I would be more than happy to help.
