I am a health and wellbeing therapist that creates a safe, supportive and compassionate space, to enable each individual to connect to themselves on a deeper and more profound way. To feel safe and connected to their body, with greater love, acceptance and trust in self. An embodiment of empowerment that fosters a curiosity and courage to be their true unique selves unapologetically. I do this through self reflection, self awareness and meditation and visualisation journeys, to create new neural pathways of the thoughts and emotions they choose to have. To become conscious of the subconscious mind and unconscious body that holds old patterns and behaviours of fear and separation, such as imposter phenomenon and lack of self worth. I support individuals who have experienced childhood trauma, abuse and PTSD. I guide individuals to understand how the body seeks reconnection through the language of pain and dis-ease. The body does not seek to retraumatise us, it is seeking reconnection that is Love. LOVE2Heal is the ethos I have created to do this Listen - Observe- Visualise Empower. I guide individuals to find their voice, their power, their gifts, their uniqueness - and the courage to be just that unapologetically.
