I was lucky enough to have Jamie’s guidance as I prepared my personal statement for my UCAS application. His friendly disposition put me at ease and allowed me to feel comfortable asking questions, while his wealth of knowledge and experience was clearly displayed in the advice and edits he gave regarding my draft. Thanks to his help, I managed to secure offers to all five of the university courses I applied to for English literature.
