I’m a trained ESOL teacher and career development specialist with over 10 years’ experience helping learners build confidence, technical skills, and clear pathways into meaningful work. I’ve taught students across a range of ages and backgrounds including school leavers, professionals upskilling in data, coding, employability, and communication. My teaching approach is structured yet flexible: I focus on understanding each learner’s goals, then breaking complex topics into clear, practical steps. I combine explanation with real-world examples, interactive exercises, and ongoing feedback to ensure progress and retention. I believe in creating a supportive environment where learners feel motivated, capable, and excited to apply what they’ve learned.
