Guitar Tutor teaching Acoustic and Electric, Rhythm and Lead

I have been working with Joe for a few months now, he has been working patiently with me and has been very flexible when I have had to cancel at short notice. He has tried to make my learning relevant by offering me songs which I enjoy listening too and want to actually play. The lessons are sometimes very hard but he pushes me just outside of my comfort zone which I think is the mark of a good teacher as I would probably stay within that safe "easy" area without that push. I have improved a lot since starting with Joe, he is very knowledgable and I recommend him as a teacher if you want to learn anything music.

Fantastic guitar teacher! Joe taught me everything I needed to be able to play my favourite songs. I even learned lots about the theory of music from him too. He knows his stuff. Strong recommend!

Joe is a great guitarist and a fantastic teacher. He is very patient. He has been teaching me for a couple of months now and my guitar technique has got much better. He is also a songwriter and he taught me a lot about how to write a good song. I recommend him as a teacher. I am very happy and satisfied with all of the lessons I have had with him so far!
