For me, mathematics provides a powerful and universal language. Students are expected to use mathematical language appropriately when communicating mathematical idea. I am eager to help them easily understand and love mathematics. Besides, I seek helping students gain insight into their strengths and weaknesses. Moreover, I usually believe that motivation is essential to students as it enhances learning and understanding. Furthermore, I am passionate about broadening my knowledge and experience further, so I am interested in sharing experience and developing my skills. This ultimately makes me more efficient and updated.
