I am graduating in May as a Dramatherapist having worked with a variety of clients with a range of different needs. I have taught Yoga online for three years. My interests are in meditation for transcendence and dance as a healing tool. I am a trauma-informed practitioner conducting clinical work with vulnerable groups. This informs my Yoga practice that adapts to accompany emotional and psychological processes psycho-somatically.
