I teach yoga in its traditional form from India
Advert description
I have been teaching and practicing yoga for 4 years, and I have certifications from authentic Yoga schools in Rishikesh and Mysore.
I can teach physical yoga practice for daily health and well-being and I can touch up on the theory of yoga as well, for yoga teacher training exams and assignments. Reach out to me to find your yoga routine and to work on your teacher training exam.
