I have an LLB in Law and a DPLP which is the Scottish post graduate equivalent of what in England and Wales is termed as an LPC My LLB covered the follow areas of law, I obtained my LLB with distinction in 2016 and because of which I can act as your/a tutor to assist you in any Scots Law or England and Wales based law degree, subjects legal systems contract law delict IP legal systems criminal law property law human rights Trusts, wills, etc employment law constitutional law evidence family law The subjects in my DPLP were criminal law and advanced criminal law property law and conveyancing ethics, business practice, etc civil litigation and advanced civil litigation contract law Private client, wills, estates, trusts, etc I work in a professional legal advisory and consultancy role in the Employment Law sector and I have done so since 1999 I can assist and signpost you in your preparation for assessments, essays, tutorials and classes, etc., to support you attain passes if not higher in any aspect of law and or HR study and attainment.
