I'm now offering personalized 1-2-1 sessions focused on mastering the basics and fundamentals of boxing. My sessions cover technique correction, shadow boxing, pad work, bag work, as well as drills for footwork, defense, and head movement. Additionally, I incorporate groundwork, circuits, and weight training. Based in Ealing, I extend my services to outdoor training within a 5-mile radius.
