Want help with Maths? Let an Experienced Maths teacher help

With over 10 years of experience, I am a highly qualified math tutor dedicated to helping students truly understand and excel at maths. I hold a degree from the University of Cambridge and have worked as both a classroom teacher and head of department teaching GCSE and A-Level math.My classroom experience allows me to understand how to effectively convey key concepts and provide students with the one-on-one support needed to master challenging material. Currently, I work in learning technology at a university, staying up-to-date on innovative teaching techniques. My approach is to first get to know each student's strengths and weaknesses. I then develop customized tutoring plans that incorporate proven methods like interleaved practice and retrieval-based learning. By building knowledge through cumulative review and regularly recalling what they have learned, students gain true math mastery. I have a record of helping students substantially improve their grades and exam performance by combining targeted tutoring sessions with encouragement and instilling confidence in their mathematical abilities. I cater to all levels and needs, from building foundational skills to advanced test prep.
