A typical lesson works like this: The students informs me of a topic they want to focus on (or I can suggest one based on weaknesses). I start with a clear overview of the key ideas, explained in line with the relevant exam board specification, making sure the fundamentals are solid and any misconceptions are removed early. After that, the main focus is on problem solving. We will learn how to attack a series of progressively harder questions, practising the exam techniques that earn full marks and separate the top students. Qualifications and Expertise: - A* in both GCSE & A-Level Maths - First-class degree in Mathematics from Imperial College London - Over a year of tutoring experience across various mathematical topics, from foundational concepts up to advanced A-level content.
