Cambridge-trained historian and current Durham Archaeology postgrad offering History at GCSE, A-Level, Undergraduate, (or just interested adults) in person or online

My teaching is structured, personalised, and rooted in strong subject expertise. Drawing on my experience as a Cambridge-trained historian, current Durham Archaeology postgraduate, and former museum educator, I focus on helping students develop clear analytical skills and a solid understanding of their subject. Lessons will combine close reading, guided discussion, and practical study techniques, tailored to each student’s learning style and goals. My priority is to build confidence, improve essay-writing and critical thinking, and support students in achieving strong, well-evidenced work.
