University students looking to get the most out of their experience at uni

I have been performance consulting for the last 8 years. My back ground is in education, high school and university lecturing. I have designed and built a programme that i use with all my clients. This programme is designed to help individuals make the most out of their given situation. It helps individuals understand what success actually looks like for them. We cover 6 areas of life: Health and Wellbeing Upstairs (Psychological wellbeing) Family and relationships Career Wealth Self I help people discover what is really important, how to best line up their actions and their values whilst being present in the moment.
