Jaime is different from other teachers I've learnt from. I appreciate his patience and non-judgemental attitude when asking questions to understand where my knowledge gaps are. He helps me feel safe and realize that asking is not a big deal, which improved my self-esteem. For example, when he doesn't know something, he admits it and shares his experience around it.

My daughter got grade 8’s for Chemistry. Physics and Biology IGSE’s higher. She was home schooled so only taught by Jaime we are delighted with the results.

I've been working with jaime, doing maths and combined science since about October now. I have enjoyed every lesson, he makes them enjoyable, while still making sure you understand and learn the subjects. so overall I would fully recommend he's a great teacher and most importantly he's a great person.

He explains so well and during the lesson it will be almost like a conversation because he allows you to say what you think and never judges your answers or opinion about something. Even if its wrong, he waits for you to finish what you are saying and then correct you after that but in a nice way.

Jaime is an extremely good tutor. He helps find gaps in your understanding in subjects and helps to fill them with detailed lessons. I find his passion contagious when he shares what he knows and greatly value his drive to connect with and help his students thrive. Personally he has helped me to better my own teaching skills by sharing his experience in an open and honest manner. He has a background, both in his own education but also as part of the work force in a private lab, that makes him a great guide in general sciences, specially chemistry and biology. Jaime's enthusiasm and way of breaking down complex topics into smaller pieces is what I enjoy most about his tutoring style.
