Helping ADHD Minds Thrive By Someone Who Gets It!
Advert description
my teaching is neuroaffirmative, flexible and led by you! As an AuADHD professional, I understand first-hand how differently ADHD minds process, focus, and learn.
I will co-create personalised sessions with you or your child that with your/their brain. To help you learn how to work with your brain rather than against it to help build confidence, skills and self-belief alongside academic or work place progress.
