I am a qualified yoga teacher who has completed a 200-hour yoga teacher training course recognised by Yoga Alliance. I currently teach a class of 26 students and am getting excellent feedback. I have experience in working with individuals and presenting online classes via my training. I specialise in hatha yoga but like incorporating other types of yoga also. I place particular emphasis on flexibility.
